The Logitech Wireless Desktop MK710 earns kudos for being a comfortable mouse and keyboard combo that's excellent for everyday use. Packed with features such as customizable function keys, media control buttons and adjustable height, the MK710 keyboard is a reviewer favorite. The keyboard includes an LED screen that gauges battery life and displays caps and num lock activity. But critics are not as unanimous in their praise of the bundled Marathon Mouse M705, which they find best suited for small hands. Still, both the combined MK700 keyboard and the M705 mouse earn an Editors' Choice award from PCMag.com.

In this brief review, Natalie Shoemaker touts the comfort of the Logitech Wireless Desktop MK710, especially focusing on the wrist rest, credited for improving her wrist position and providing a comfortable typing experience during a full day of use. Her main complaint is its smudge-prone shiny black finish. PCMag.com awards the MK710 an Editors' Choice and a rating of 4.5 stars out of 5.

Reviewer Vincent Alzieu finds that user comfort propels to the forefront with the MK710. The convex keys and padded wrist rest especially appeal to him, as does its wireless connectivity. But while he awards the MK710 4 stars out of 5, he prefers a backlit keyboard and larger mouse, regarding the paired M705 mouse as one best for smaller hands.
