If you are looking for an attractively priced 32-inch LCD TV for a large bedroom or a small living room, the LG 32LD350 deserves serious consideration. Resolution is only 720p, but many experts say that in most cases you don't really need higher resolution in a screen size this small.

Picture quality won't compete with high-end performers, but is still very good for this price category. Blacks and colors are good, though some technical shortfalls are seen in some tests. Like many LCD TVs, viewing angles are a disappointment. Those who like to adjust picture quality to technical standards or to their own preferences will be kept busy for hours with the ample picture controls. There is a USB port for playing back media, but features are otherwise sparse. The LG LD350 series is also available in an assortment of smaller screen sizes, including the 26-inch 26LD350, 22-inch 22LD350 and 19-inch 19LD350. The Samsung LN32C350 is similar, and also worth considering. Some experts give picture quality a small leg up, but like the value of the LG 32LD350 a little better.
