The 9-pound Delsey Helium Fusion Carry-on Expandable Suiter Trolley is made with polyester instead of better Cordura nylon, and the 10-year warranty doesn't cover accidental damage. However, it passes tests of handle strength, and most owners say it's fairly durable for the price. The 21-inch carry-on bag is unusual in that it includes a garment hanger for suits. You can also expand the 8.5-inch depth by another 2.5 inches if you're willing to check it as baggage. A full line of Delsey Helium luggage is available in four colors.
