Handles large recipes well, November 24, 2009I received this mixer as a gift after my SunBeam MixMaster died trying to mix a doubled sugar cookie recipe. The first recipe I tried with this mixer called for 4 1/2 cups of flour as its first… ingredient! The recipe said to mix in as much of the flour mixture as possible with the mixer and mix in any remaining flour by hand, but this mixer handled it with ease. I've since been able to double recipes with no problem; something I wasn't able to do previously. I am very satisfied with this product.
