Wall Street Journal: This article says that banks are harnessing new tools that let clients transfer funds between institutions, pay bills faster and analyze spending.

New York Times: After readers let him have it over a previous article, Ron Lieber concedes that automated bill payments of any kind can be problematic, although there aren't criticisms of specific services.
