The Office Max Diamond Cut 8-Sheet Shredder with Mesh Basket is reviewed as a good value for light-duty paper shredding. The model shreds diamond cut, which cuts paper into strips and then crossways for extra security and the mesh basket holds four gallons of shreds for what reviewers call an easy clean-up. Reviewers like the compact size of the model as well as its easy use and automatic turn-off. Owners do note that the model is loud and unable to shred CDs, staples, or paper clips.
