Sistema GT11

The Sistema GT11, made by an Italian company, has become just about impossible to find at retailers in the U.S., as it has been discontinued. It earned high marks in earlier years for excellent parts and build quality in its size range -- a small pressure washer rated at 1,400 pounds per square inch (psi) for light-duty tasks such as washing vehicles and lawn furniture. A turbo nozzle is included, and wheels and a handle make it easy to move around. When it was current, owners gave Sistema high marks for customer service. However, a few owners report poor packaging from the manufacturer, which resulted in damage in shipping. The currently available pressure washer in this size range, the Karcher K 2.93 (*Est. $130), doesn't use as top-ranked a pump as the Sistema GT11, but does use an induction motor.
