Street price vs. Amazon Price, October 9, 2008
Projectors people price is 2350 US and street price is around 2700 US. All of the people are reducing the price but Amazon.com jacking it up. Outrageous pricing for this item. Unbelievable.
Impressed, September 6, 2008

I bought the PT-AE2000U one month ago, July 2008. It has surpassed by expectations. For the price I doubt you can find better. The start up time is under 1 min. The picture resolution is very good with Time Warner DVR box using HDMI and fantastic with Blu-Ray. The box is quiet and not hot during operation. The set up is a breeze. Autofocus works well. I have used it during the day many times when the ambient light is not well controlled and the picture remains good. Of course, not like the picture when the light is minimal. Over all, I am impressed with this product and would recommend it to anyone for a front projector home entertainment system.

Just Go For It, Dont Waste time and money, June 16, 2008

I just install mine, i dont know from where i start, my screen is 183" !! approx. 406cm x 227cm yes very big, distance projector to screen is about 9 meter's "27 foot" , also distance from my denon amp. to proj. is 15 meter approx."50 foot" by HDMI cable, got it from bettercables, and i would say that its eye poping, dont try DLP if you want clarity, LCD is the best, also my room is lit-up using some dimming lights, trust me, the picture quality is much much more better than what says in all review's, im still using my old dvd player , which is around $ 80 , line's, contrast, and image , all are great, i was worried because of the size of my screen, but its out of this world, i dont know how some say that its not good for big screen, i guess they are copying others review.
