The Electrolux EW30GF65GS is rated highly by pros and users alike for its simmering, broiling and baking functions, though it's slower than some other ranges at bringing water to a boil. One expert reviewer praises this range highly for its quality and attention to details, such as the Luxury-Glide racks that slide smoothly on ball bearings and the quick preheat option for single-rack baking. Users also praise this range, especially the intuitive controls, adjustable burners and easy-glide racks. Their main complaint: The stainless-steel finish discolors and scratches easily. We saw a couple of other durability complaints as well, including rust and clogged burners. Although this Electrolux range is an excellent performer, the LG LRG3095ST (*Est. $1,500) gets equally good ratings and costs significantly less.
