The GE JBS55SMSS is a budget-priced electric range that gets good reviews from users at a number of retail sites. Owners say this range offers good value for its price, praising its sleek design, fast-heating burners and 5.3-cubic-foot oven. Most users also say it is easy to clean, despite the lack of a self-cleaning cycle. However, this range doesn't have as many features as higher-priced ranges, and it doesn't provide the same variety of burner sizes and power levels found on the similarly priced Samsung FE-R300SXS (*Est. $700).
