The Samsung RFG297AAWP is a French-door refrigerator that boasts an impressive capacity of 29 cubic feet, plus an array of extras including a filtered water and ice dispenser, child lock, slide-out glass shelves, automatic cooling boost, four gallon jug storage bins in the doors and LED lighting. It is Energy Star-rated and is available in white, black, stainless steel and platinum. Owner feedback for this model is mostly positive, but we did read an unusually large number of complaints about underperforming icemakers. This refrigerator is also more expensive than many. Another French-door refrigerator, the 26-cubic-foot Samsung RF266ABWP (*Est. $1,600), isn't as large but receives stronger recommendations from experts and owners.
