The Infinuvo CleanMate robotic vacuum cleaner costs much less than other robovacs, but according to user reviews, it doesn't work as well as the more expensive Neato Robotics XV-11 (*Est. $400) or iRobot Roomba 560 (*Est. $350). There isn't a huge amount of reviewer feedback for the Infinuvo CleanMate, which comes in two versions. The QQ-2 returns to its docking station when the battery runs down, while the older QQ-1 does not. We found more feedback for the older QQ-1, but aside from that one feature, the two work in the same way.
Owners say the CleanMate QQ-1 vacuum works best on hard floors and low-pile rugs; in fact, the manufacturer's website warns not to use it at all on plush carpeting. Most owners find the low price appealing, but there are some complaints about the battery: It lasts for about 70 minutes on a single charge, but takes around four hours to fully recharge. The CleanMate can't be scheduled to clean in advance, but a remote control is included. Many owners say they appreciate the UV disinfecting light, but a few question its effectiveness. The Infinuvo CleanMate QQ-2 has a compartment for inserting a scent packet which will freshen your home as the vacuum works, a feature many owners appreciate. Overall, most owners say the Infinuvo robotic vacuum is worth the money.
About two dozen owners post reviews of the Infinuvo CleanMate QQ-1 to Amazon.com; there aren't yet any reviews for the QQ-2. We also found a few additional owner-written reviews at Epinions.com. We found the most detailed review of the CleanMate QQ-1 on TechAbsorbed.com, although this review is several years old.
