The Nikon F6 is a pro-level 35mm film SLR camera, with tight weatherproofing and an extremely durable body. It's capable of very fast action shots, with autofocus that tracks a moving subject. Exposure data can be imprinted between frames and downloaded to a computer. A spot meter, plus exposure metering that takes colors into account, give the Nikon F6 a significant edge over the competing Canon flagship camera, the EOS 1-V (*est. $1,800 body only).
