The Origo Granite Peak Titanium Sleek is a feature-packed adventure watch that won't break the bank. It impresses experts with numerous features, including an electronic weather center that displays weather forecasts and temperature, a digital compass, barometer, altimeter, chronograph and 99-lap memory. It scores highly in accuracy tests, and experts say the watch provides tons of information at a great price. The digital compass also gets high marks because it can be brought up for as little as 10 seconds to preserve battery life. Some reviewers are put off by the sports watch's weight -- a hefty 3.5 ounces -- but the impressive feature list seems to make up for it. The Origo Granite Peak Titanium Sleek tracks a lot of data, but there's no way to transfer all that information to your computer and it's not a GPS watch, so it can't track distance or position. If that functionality is important to you, the top-rated Suunto X10 (*Est. $550) may be a better choice. It's significantly more expensive, but it also gets good marks from reviewers and it's GPS-enabled.

The best review of the Origo Granite Peak Titanium Sleek comes from Men's Journal magazine, which tests and rates six adventure watches. Trail Runner, Running Times and Outside magazines also provide useful reviews of this watch, even if they are brief. This watch hasn't attracted too many user reviews yet, but the available reviews are helpful and detailed.
