Panasonic NI-L70SR Cordless Steam/Dry Iron w/Stainless Steel Soleplate, November 11, 2009

I purchased this iron on 10/06/09, I received it on 10/15/09, the delivery estimate was from 10/17/09 to 10/21/09, so I was very happy with the quick delivery and I am very happy with the iron. I own an older model Panasonic that I liked but after my daughter dropped and crack it, I had to buy another one and I must say that it is even better and even more improved than the older model. It works great and I like the newer features much better, especially the retractable cord and carrying case. It seems to heat a little better too. I like the fact that it doesn't drip when using the steam feature as well. Very pleased with the company, the product and delivery. You should try a Panasonic Cordless Iron, you'll never go back to a corded iron again! Don't know why they don't sell them at the stores. I think they would be a big hit. I like the streamline style better than the bulkier looking Oreck models too. Never tried any other brands though. At first I didn't like the new style but I like it a lot now and the color even better than my older model.

Besti Iron I've used in in my 74 Years, November 4, 2009

As I was Military trained in ironing my clothes (Korea) I speak from experience! 6 months ago I bought an expensive iron which lifted from the ironing board when I set it down. The downsize is that it is heavy, didn't iron well and spit on my clothes. I bought the Panasonic cordless iron Sunday and it was delivered today (Tuesday) in Kansas City. Great service Amazon! Anxious to try it I broke out the ironing board, 3 long sleeve dress shirts recently washed, one pair of khaki trousers and one pair of dress slacks, poly blend, also recently from the wash. I loaded the iron's water tank with about 7 oz of distilled water (not a requirement) and ironed away... I am pleased to tell one and all this is by far the best iron I have used in the fifty plus years of ironing! I recommend it without reservation! Also Amazon for having the best price and service1 (I am also an eBay seller of many years...).

Simply fantastic, November 3, 2009
I always wanted a cordless iron for the obvious convenience. At the same time there was the concern that a cordless one may not hold temperature the same as wired ones. I can confidently say that I'm quite impressed, it does keep it's heat and it serves it's purpose flawlessly. Add to that a retractable cord and an enclosure with a handle and you got yourself a great product.
GREAT PRODUCT...TOP NOTCH WORMANSHIP, October 12, 2009
I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED HOW WELL THIS CORDLESS IRON HOLDS THE HEAT AND HAS GREAT STEAM OUTPUT...EASY TO OPERATE, NOT TOO HEAVY AND VERY COMPACT WITH A LOVELY STORAGE CASE AND ALSO HAS VERY NICE CORD RECOIL ON THE BASE...WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT HIGHLY.
Good Iron, October 8, 2009
I like this iron, good burst of steam, holds temp well for a cordless. I haven't had it long enough yet to decide if I love it but so far so good.
