- Height-adjustable handles
- Bassinet attachment for newborns
- One-hand recline
- Expensive
- Five-point harness can twist
- Bulky when folded
The I'coo Targo is generating some buzz in the full-featured baby stroller category. Similar in features and design to the top-rated Uppababy Vista (*Est. $670), the Targo has attracted attention from reviewers primarily for its configurability. The handles are height-adjustable, and the seat can be either forward- or rear-facing. There's also an included bassinet attachment to accommodate newborns. The Swarovski crystal skull and crossbones on Targo's pricier incarnation, the Rock Star Baby (*Est. $700), is a favorite with fashion-focused reviewers, but critics say it's not worth the extra $100.
"Baby Bargains" has a reputation for independent and reliable baby gear reviews. Authors Denise and Alan Fields include a short write-up on the I'coo Targo and another on the Rock Star Baby version. A longer entry on Celebrity Baby Blog assesses features and basic functionality, while Stroller Queen's review focuses primarily on design. The Targo hasn't yet accumulated many user reviews, but there are some good insights on the "Baby Bargains" discussion forum and in a handful of posts on Amazon.com.

Review: Strollers, Denise and Alan Fields, Eighth edition, 2009
Celebrity Baby Blog has a longer entry on the I'coo Targo than "Baby Bargains," but it doesn't yet have the same credibility as the top-rated baby gear guide. The overall tone is highly enthusiastic, but there is some discussion of where the Targo falls short.
