We found the best review of the Hankook DynaPro AS RH03 at Consumer Reports, where it's ranked in comparison with 19 other all-season tires based on objective tests and ratings. For a longer-term perspective as well as more detail, we found about 40 owner-written ratings of the DynaPro AS RH03 at TireRack.com, a retail site. The manufacturer's ratings, which are posted at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's website, are also useful.

Reviewers say that despite its relatively low price, the Hankook DynaPro AS RHO3 is the best three-season tire for SUVs and light trucks -- at least for driving on pavement. The 50,000-mile limited warranty for treadlife is a bit short compared with those of some other tires, and while some owners drive it off-road, it's not really designed for that. For winter snow and ice, reviews recommend snow tires or the Goodyear Fortera SilentArmor (*est. $130).
