For a toilet that has a powerful flush and never clogs, the Toto Drake CST743S is a solid performer. With a MaP score of 1,000, it doesn't get any better for solid waste removal. It may leave streaks in the bowl, however, and some users call the toilet hard to clean. It uses 1.6 gallons per flush (gpf) and isn't WaterSense-certified, but still uses less water than older toilets.
