Unfortunately, TreadmillDoctor.com's review of the Image Advanced 2200 TV doesn't quite add up. The writer concentrates on the built-in LCD TV, wondering what Image will demand for a replacement if it ever breaks down, but doesn't address this machine's solid specs: An unusually wide and long (60" x 20") belt, a 2.75-hp motor and a 350-pound weight limit (which all receive above-average scores). On paper, this treadmill looks good, and it might appeal if you want the small, integrated TV.
We were only able to find one review -- professional or otherwise -- of the Image Advanced 2200 TV treadmill, but it's from a good source: TreadmillDoctor.com, which is especially reliable because it doesn't sell the machines it reviews. Consumer Reports hasn't yet tested the Image Advanced 2200 TV treadmill, which includes a small, integrated LCD television.
Our Sources
The Stevenson brothers of TreadmillDoctor.com admit that this treadmill's built-in LCD TV is a "great draw," but they wonder what Image will ask for a replacement when it breaks down. The features of this treadmill receive above-average numerical scores, but the writer doesn't discuss them at all.
