- Several reviewers say the Vision Fitness T9200 treadmill is a good value for its price range. Though it's mainly meant for walking, most reviews say it can stand up to the occasional run.
- At least one reviewer maintains that Vision treadmills are lacking in overall quality. Some reviews say that Vision's use of wax on the tread belt can cause wear and tear over long-term use. Also, the Vision Fitness T9200 Simple lacks built-in workout programs and a heart-rate monitor.
Reviewers are conflicted about the Vision Fitness T9200 Simple, a non-folding treadmill with a belt size of 54" x 20" and a 325-pound weight limit. A couple of reviews say it's a good value, but others disparage the general build quality of Vision Fitness treadmills and criticize the T9200's lack of built-in workout programs or heart-rate control. Most reviews say a better choice in this price range would be the Sole F63 (*est. $1,400) or Sole F80 (*est. $1,500).

Review: Treadmills, Editors of Consumer Reports, Feb. 2007
The Treadmill Sensei, who owns a treadmill service and repair business and also reviews and tests treadmills, is not kind to the T9200 Simple: "with a shorter belt, no programs, lack of heart rate monitoring and control, and a smallish motor, the T9200 specs out quite a bit under everything else in its $1300 price range."

Since this site doesn't actually sell treadmills, its reviews are more reliable than most. However, the blurb for the Vision T9200 Simple doesn't quite add up. On the top, it's called "one of the few sub-$1500 treadmills that can be run upon without too much worry," but on the bottom, the Stevenson brothers add, "with more and more factories producing entry-level machines, the luster is off this model."
