Bottom Line

The Mia Moda Facile is a relatively inexpensive umbrella stroller with extras that parents and reviewers appreciate, including a reclining seat, front-wheel suspension and extra storage pockets. While the Facile is subject to some complaints about durability, the majority of parents say that it performs well for the price.

Safety

A stable ride. Expert reviews give the Mia Moda Facile high marks for safety, particularly in regard to stability. The Facile has a five-point safety harness and independently locking rear brakes.

Ease of Use

Maneuvers well for tall parents. Taller parents praise the Mia Moda Facile, saying the relatively high handles make it comfortable to push. Expert reviewers also say that the Facile is very easy to maneuver around tight corners. While parents like the Facile's compact umbrella fold, at 15.8 pounds the Facile is not the lightest umbrella stroller available, and some parents wish it was lighter.

Lifestyle Features

The seat reclines almost flat. The Mia Moda Facile's four-position reclining seat is a standout feature in its price class. Parents say that the seat reclines almost flat, making napping, bottle feeding and resting on the run a reality. Parents also like that there is an adjustable leg rest. The canopy is not large, but most parents find it sufficient. Some parents wish that the under-seat storage basket was bigger, although there are additional storage pockets on the canopy. The main complaint about the Mia Moda Facile is with the durability of the wheels, canopy, footrest and joints of the stroller.

Customer Service

Customer service not responsive to complaints. Mia Moda strollers, including the Facile, are covered by a one-year warranty. A number of consumers note that they contacted customer service via email and received no reply.
