The Hoover WindTunnel T-Series Rewind Plus Bagless UH70120 is a relatively lightweight upright vacuum (16.5 pounds) that gets good reviews from professionals and users alike. Professionals say its washable main filter and exhaust HEPA filter do a great job controlling dust, and it's also very good at picking up pet hair and dirt from carpet. On hard floors, it doesn't work quite as well because the brushroll can't be turned off, so dirt may simply scatter across the floor.
