The Frigidaire FFET2725LW is a double wall oven, with two full-sized ovens stacked one on top of the other. At 27 inches wide, it's narrower than a standard wall oven, but owners say its 3.5 cubic feet per oven compartment is quite roomy for a smaller oven. Although this oven lacks a convection feature, users say it bakes evenly and is easy to use. They also praise its looks and easy installation. The Frigidaire FFET2725LW is available in white or black as well as stainless-steel, which costs a few hundred dollars more. It includes a self-cleaning cycle and touchpad controls, and it is backed by a one-year warranty. If you prefer a single oven, consider the Bosch HBL5450UC (*Est. $1,750) , which has a 4.7-cubic-foot capacity and includes convection.
The Frigidaire FFET2725LW has not been included in any professional tests, but it receives excellent feedback from about 15 users at AJMadison.com, a retail site. The consumer surveys conducted by ConsumerReports.org and J.D. Power and Associates are useful for gauging overall satisfaction with the Frigidaire brand, although they don't rate this specific model.
