The Consumer Product Safety Commission has more information on the July 2009 recall of Frigidaire, Kenmore, Crosley and White-Westinghouse units. The units were recalled because of a faulty drain pump, but the problem has been fixed on all machines sold after May 2009. You can also search the CPSC website for additional recall information.
