Most reviews are positive, with more complaints focused on webmail than on actual hosting or technical support. The base plan includes 1 GB of disk space (on a Windows or Linux server) and a monthly bandwidth of up to 20 GB – plenty for most personal, enthusiast and small professional websites. You can choose a Windows or Linux server, as well as a la carte service plan upgrades. There's no trial period, but the first year is free after the $30 setup fee. The main drawback is the lack of phone support.
