The Creative Live! Cam Voice was created to solve audio problems common to webcams. Most reviews say it does that well, but video quality is average at best, and some say that it is not even that good. In addition, it's one of the more expensive webcams and reviewers say the Creative Live! Cam Voice has too many issues to be a worthwhile niche product.
Tom's Hardware Guide has an excellent review that directly compares the Creative Live! Cam Voice with four other webcams. Cowboy Frank.net offers indirect comparison, but two videos and multiple images give prospective owners an excellent idea of what they will get. Australia's PCAuthority.com.au does the most comprehensive testing and reaches a surprising conclusion. Pocket-lint.co.uk and Laptop Magazine have run-of-the-mill reviews of the Creative Live! Cam Voice that lack the depth, breadth, and documentation of other sources.

In this recent outstanding roundup, Todd Haselton directly compares five webcams. The Creative Live! Cam with Voice has the poorest video quality of the five tested webcams, even though it's the most expensive.

In this superb, excellently balanced multimedia review, Frank Harell demonstrates the Creative Live! Cam Voice's mediocre sound quality and shows some pretty poor images shot with the webcam. Multiple images and two videos are well explained. Watch the videos to form your own opinion before buying.

3. PC Authority
Australia's PCAuthority reviews many webcams, including the Creative Live! Cam Voice. Reviews are generally comparative and balanced, and the magazine rates each product. This single-product review follows a roundup review from September. David Field commends the audio and video quality as being better than average, but concludes that the Creative Live! Cam Voice is a lemon.

Pocket-lint is a prolific and up-to-date reviewer of webcams. The reviews are professional and balanced, but even the worst products get a pretty high score. The Creative Live! Cam Voice is one of those.

5. Laptop MagazineDetails/Subscribe
Laptop magazine doesn't review enough webcams to have the frame of reference that the best review sources have. The reviews are short and unsupported with photos or other media. Laptop Magazine's criticism of the Live! Cam Voice is not unique.
