LOGITECH WEBCAM PRO 9000, November 18, 2009
This is really an excellent product. I am surprised at the sound quality, its ability to adjust for light and focus and its all round performance.

It works very well when connected to a TV. I recommend this item.
Nice Add On Cam, November 18, 2009

Its a very good Add-On Cam. Only thing I don't like is the fact that it runs 10 processes and keeps you logged on to their site all the time. I would prefer it does not run as a start up process and then runs its processes when you want to use it. Instead I have Zone Alarm and have to shut down the cam's many processes on startup. I could run a startup config and shut it down but I would not want it to NOT work when I do need it.

easy to use, November 17, 2009
Was easy to setup. lots to controls and automatic functions. No problem at all. The quality of the picture is perfect. We use it to conduct training classes remotely and the auto zoom and face tracking works just fine.
Logitech Webcam Pro 9000- Black, November 17, 2009
With all the webcams available, this one's turned out to be everything I'd hoped for! For the price, the features and quality of picture and quality of construction are superb. Ease of use is top notch.
Easy set up, great all-in-one Skype camera & microphone, November 16, 2009

I purchased three of these and gave them to my family so we could keep in touch using Skype. The setup was easy on XP, Vista, and Windows 7. Pretty much all the camera features are automated (focus, light levels, face tracking, etc.) so once it is installed, there is really nothing a novice user would have to do. It worked with Skype right away. At first I was not thrilled with the design of the base, and it took a few minutes to figure out the best way to get it positioned on top of the monitor, but once done, very stable. I am very happy with the product and would purchase it again.

This review of the QuickCam Pro 9000 is thorough, balanced and comparative. Rick Broida declares that he's boxing up his other webcams in favor of the QuickCam Pro 9000, the top performer in PCMag's webcam tests. Though he cites concerns about a non-spring-loaded clip and a few auto-focus glitches, overall the QuickCam Pro 9000 tops the site's performance tests and is named an Editors' Choice.
