The Avanti EWC1201 is a compact, countertop wine cooler that holds up to 12 standard bottles of wine: eight laying on their side, and four standing up, which is helpful for open bottles. The Avanti wine cooler has a nice-looking curved glass door that is double-paned for better insulation. There's an exterior display for the temperature setting, which can be set from 47 to 65 degrees Fahrenheit. You can also choose to use pre-set buttons for red and white wine. An interior light helps you see what's in your cooler. The Avanti wine cooler is compact, but a little taller than some countertop coolers, at 25.25inches-by-10.25-inches-by-20.25-inches. It comes with a one-year warranty. We didn't find huge numbers of user reviews for any wine coolers, but among those we found for this model, all were positive -- something we can't say for other models, even other Avanti models.
Retail sites AJMadison.com and CompactAppliance.com have a handful of user reviews each for the Avanti EWC1201 wine cooler. Note that there are a fair number of reviews out there for a previous version of this model, with (confusingly) the same name. However, the older model doesn't have an upright-bottle area.

There are just a few reviews here for the Avanti wine cooler, but all are positive, saying they think this wine fridge offers good value. One found it to be a bit noisier than expected.

Four user reviews are available on this site, with an average rating of 4.3 out of 5. One is a ratings-only review with no comments. The only negative comment is that you can store four bottles upright only if they are "skinny" bottles.
