We find more than 60 reviews of the Panasonic Close Curves electric shaver model that is tested by ConsumerReports.org (the 2206AC) and close to 100 reviews of similar Close Curves models with the same features as the 2206AC. The 2206AC and most other models collectively rate four out of five stars. Most say it does a good job, but some say the shave is not close enough. We notice a few complaints from users who say the shaver scratched their legs when used dry, and one who says it scratched when she went too quickly.

The Panasonic Close Curves doesn't fare as well here as on Amazon.com. Some reviewers like it, but one says the foil broke after 20 uses. Another says it causes razor burn and one says it causes pain when used dry. One user warns that the battery completely died after only a few months, a comment we don't t see elsewhere.
