Overall, the Westinghouse LTV-32w3 is not one of the best 32-inch LCD TVs in reviews. Experts note color accuracy issues, including a non-adjustable blue color temperature that gives many images a bluish cast. Some reviews also say inaccurate color tracking can introduce a purple tinge to black areas. Heron seems to review the Westinghouse TV in context of its low price. We think this is a good approach, since it addresses value in relation to compromises that are made for the low price.
