Angelcare Movement Sensor with Sound Monitor Review

(*est. $75 with one receiver, $80 with two receivers) Compare Prices

This page is part of a larger ConsumerSearch report on Baby Monitors which includes more reviews, analysis and a summary of the top-rated models.

What the reviewers like:
Owners are highly enthusiastic about the Angelcare Movement Sensor with Sound Monitor, available with one or two receivers. They say its motion sensor pad is sensitive enough to pick up a baby's smallest movements. Parents of infants with health problems benefit the most from this monitor, which alerts them if the baby has not moved in 20 seconds.

What the reviewers don't like:
The biggest owner complaint about the Angelcare Movement Sensor is the number of false alarms (although the sensitivity of the sensor pad can be adjusted). Some users don't like having to turn off both the base unit and the parent units to avoid triggering the alarm when a baby is removed from the crib.
