What the reviewers like:
In general, parents praise the Maclaren Twin Triumph for its light (22-pound) weight, maneuverability and fully reclining seats. Its narrow frame fits through standard 30-inch doorways. The Triumph has a high weight limit: 55 pounds per seat.

What the reviewers don't like:
We couldn't find many negative comments about the Twin Triumph, but it does lack certain features -- such as shock aborption and a UV sun visor -- found on the more expensive Maclaren Twin Techno. Some parents would like more storage and a more ample sunshade.

Maclaren Twin Triumph review highlights

A step down from the pricier Maclaren Twin Techno (*est. $380), the 22-pound Maclaren Twin Triumph lacks the Techno's shock-absorbing wheels, cup holders and UV sun visor, not to mention its overall plushness, but it does have fully reclining seats (which makes it appropriate for newborns). Parents praise the Triumph double stroller for its relatively light weight compared to other twin strollers, its narrow build for a side-by-side, and its maneuverability. The Inglesina Twin Swift (*est. $250) is considerably heavier than the Twin Triumph at 28 pounds, but it gets the best reviews among side-by-side strollers.

The Maclaren Twin Triumph has yet to be reviewed by expert publications such as Consumer Reports or by baby gear websites, so we turned to owner feedback at Epinions and Amazon.com for first-hand accounts from parents on this side-by-side double stroller.

To date, only one owner has posted feedback about the Maclaren Twin Triumph, but she goes into reasonable depth, applauding the stroller's light (22 pound) weight and narrow (29 inches) width.

The handful of parents posting here all have good things to say about the Twin Triumph, calling it lightweight, comfortable and easy to maneuver. So far, this stroller has received perfect scores, but only from a few parents.
