What the reviewers like:
Owners and reviewers say the 16-pound Peg-Perego Pliko P3 umbrella stroller's all-wheel suspension and one-touch brake system make for a smooth ride. The adjustable handlebars are nice for parents of differing heights, and the Peg-Perego Pliko P3 is one of the few strollers that have this feature. Another plus is the large canopy that can expend all the way down to the child tray. The P3’s features grow with the family, as in its ability to hold an infant carrier and provide a ride for toddlers on its backboard.

What the reviewers don’t like:
Parents miss a cup holder on the Peg-Perego Pliko P3, and some say it takes a while to figure out how to work the two-hand fold mechanism. While the Peg-Perego Pliko P3 stroller can be used by infants, some parents feel its large, unpadded harness system, coupled with a lack of head support, may not make it ideal for small babies.
