Stokke Xplory review highlights

As a luxury stroller, the Stokke Xplory's appeal is mainly its ultra-modern design and high-end image -- this is certainly a status stroller, and it's commonly seen being pushed by celebrity moms. Its more pedestrian aspects -- like maneuverability and ease of use -- are described as very good in reviews, and for the price, they certainly should be. Owners posting on user-review sites give the Stokke Xplory high marks for steering, durability and versatility, but they also criticize its price, limited availability and steep learning curve.

The luxury-priced Stokke Xplory stroller, which comes in Basic (*est. $800) and Complete (*est. $1,000) versions, is one of the most expensive strollers you can buy. Consumer Reports tests the Stokke Xplory in a comparison review with five other strollers priced from $50 to over $700, rating it for maneuverability, comfort and ease of use. We also found a handful of other reviews for the Stokke Xplory at parenting sites, including Mumsnet.com and Daddy Types.com. It also receives a few comments from users posting on Epinions.
