What the reviewers like:
Experts say the Graco IPO is safe, durable, and maneuvers well. Parents describe the IPO as easy to fold and carry, with tall handles, good storage, and a sun canopy. They like that this compact stroller can accommodate children up to 50 pounds.

What the reviewers don't like:
One parent says the IPO is larger and heavier than other strollers in its class, although it still "feels" small and maneuverable.

Graco IPO review highlights

Reviews of the 10-pound Graco IPO are encouraging. Professional reviewers as well as parents give this stroller high marks for maneuverabilty, safety and durability. Parents and experts praise its tall handle, sun canopy, all-wheel suspension and compact, one-hand fold. They like that it accommodates children up to 50 pounds. Graco calls the IPO a toddler stroller: It is intended for kids who are old enough to sit down by themselves. Another good choice in this price range is the MacLaren Volo (*est. $100), a parent favorite which can handle up to 55 pound kids.

The Graco IPO umbrella stroller is included in a 30-model stroller-testing roundup at Consumer Reports. The IPO is also the subject of a blurb from ConsumerGuide.com that (despite claims of testing) reads like it was taken from a press kit. More revealingly, parents have posted their experiences with this recent addition to the Graco line on sites such as Car-Seat.org, Amazon.com, and Associated Content.

Expert Review: Graco IPO Stroller
Editors of ConsumerGuide.com
June 8, 2007

ConsumerGuide.com claims to have tested the Graco IPO, but once again, this review reads like a marketing blurb. The writer praises this stroller's all-wheel suspension, one-hand fold and combination three- or five-point harness, but warns that it's meant for children who have learned how to sit down on their own.

Only a handful of parents post reviews of the Graco IPO, but they go into a reasonable amount of depth. One owner says it's very maneuverable and folds compactly with only one hand, while another likes that it can accommodate children up to 50 pounds.
