Parents say the Kolcraft iBaby Reclining Umbrella is lightweight and good looking. Many appreciate the taller handles. Also, the seat wins praise for its padding and partial recline. Some experts say Kolcraft's bargain-priced strollers compare favorably to models by Graco and Cosco.
