Windows Live Search Where to Buy (free, http://www.live.com)	Internet search (toolbar also available)	Still in beta testing, but available to all. Displays search results on one long page (no clicking "next" for more results). Users can control how much of each result they want to see. Image search is customizable, with slider for controlling thumbnail size.
Jux2 Where to Buy (free, http://www.jux2.com/)	Metasearch engine; search toolbar available (only for IE)	Combines results from Google, Yahoo and MSN, ranking sites higher if they appear in more than one search engine. Can view results from each search engine on separate pages. Advanced Search can search one domain at a time: .edu, .org, .gov, .com, .uk, etc. Toolbar only works with Internet Explorer.
Yahoo! Desktop Where to Buy (free, http://www.yahoo.com)	Any or all of three search tools: Yahoo Search (Internet search engine), Yahoo Toolbar to install in web browser, Yahoo Desktop (desktop search engine, can also search web)	Yahoo Toolbar blocks pop-up ads and spyware. Right-clicking a highlighted word or phrase can search the web for that term. Yahoo Desktop can search PC hard drive and also search the web using Yahoo Search; a Firefox version is available.
