KitchenAid Custom KSB560 review highlights

Reviews say that the KSB560 is especially good at crushing ice, making frozen drinks, and puréeing. Most owners are happy with this blender, which they say is powerful and efficient. Although this blender's 56-ounce polycarbonate jug is lighter than glass, we read some reports that the bottom of the polycarbonate jug can start to crack and eventually leak.

The KitchenAid KSB560 is an average performer in Consumer Reports' tests. It's very good at puréeing, and it's relatively good at blending icy drinks, but its performance on other tests is merely average.
