What the Reviewers Like:
Owners of the Oster 5838 ExpressBake like the pizza-dough setting and the relatively large viewing window. Many owners call the Oster 5838 a good starter bread machine.

What the Reviewers Don't Like:
Although the Oster ExpressBake has a dough/pasta setting, you cannot use the timer to hold dough. We read a number of complaints about durability. Ingredients sometimes stick to the corners of the tall loaf pan, say owners.
