The United States Navy has 290 combat-ready vessels, more than 3,700 aircraft and nearly 340,000 active duty personnel. In the U.S., she operates from bases in Virginia, South Carolina, Connecticut, Georgia, New Hampshire, California, Washington and Hawaii.
